Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless stated otherwise.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for non-custom items and under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- The return must be approved in advance
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Shipping & Responsibility
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers
